The client sends a written application listing the domains and the details of the new administrator.

What the contract establishes

The restrictions that protect the client throughout the service period.

Sale is excluded

The contract prohibits sale, pledge and transfer of the domain to third parties. The administrator role stays technical.

Up to 5 days

The application is processed within 5 business days from the moment the complete set of data is received.

No penalties

The return is free of extra charges. The unused remainder of the paid period is refunded.

The website keeps working

Delegation and DNS records do not change during the return, so the project sees no downtime.

Any recipient

The administrator is the client themselves or the person they name who is ready to accept the domain.

Confirmation

Once the procedure is complete we send a registry extract with the new administrator details.
