Cookie policy

This document describes which cookies are stored while you use the website, which of them are required for it to work and how to change your choice. The Russian version prevails.

01What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in the browser. On the next visit the browser returns the file, which lets the site recognise the session and keep the settings you made.

Alongside cookies the website uses the browser local storage, where the visitor's choice about the optional categories is kept.

02Categories of files

The website uses three categories:

  1. Technical. They keep the session working and protect forms against request forgery. Disabling them makes it impossible to submit a request, so consent is not requested for them.
  2. Functional. They store the visitor's choices, including the decision about this policy and the zone selected in the domain lookup form.
  3. Analytical. They collect anonymised traffic statistics: the number of visits, referral sources and browsing depth. They are set only after consent.

03What data is collected

Technical and functional files contain no information that identifies a visitor and store service values only.

Analytical files record anonymised metrics: the page address, the referral source, the device type and the duration of the visit. This data is not matched with requests submitted through the forms.

04How consent is given

On the first visit the website shows a notice with two options: accept or decline. The choice is stored in the browser local storage for 12 months.

Until consent is given, analytical files are not set. Declining does not limit access to the website content or the operation of the forms.

05How to change your choice

The choice is changed by clearing the site data in the browser settings: the notice will then appear again.

A complete refusal of cookies is configured in the browser. In that case the contact forms and the domain lookup will not work, because a secure session cannot be established.

06Third-party services

The contacts page embeds a map from a third-party service loaded in a frame. Such a service may set its own cookies under its own policy.

The website fonts are loaded from an external font delivery service. The request is made when the page loads and does not involve cookies set by the website owner.
