01Operator and scope

The personal data operator is Apply Group LLC, address: Moscow, Profsoyuznaya st., 108, email office@applygroup.ru.

The policy covers data received through the website, the contact form, email and in the course of performing the service contract.

02Data processed

The operator processes the data a subject provides themselves:

• the name given in the request;
• the email address and phone number;
• the domain names stated in the request;
• company information and details required to conclude the contract;
• the content of the request and the correspondence about it.

Technical data is also recorded: the IP address of the request, the date and time the form was submitted, and the page it was sent from.

The operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric data.

03Purposes of processing

1. Replying to a request and advising on the operator's services.
2. Concluding and performing the service contract.
3. Filing requests and entering data into the domain name registry.
4. Sending notices about registration deadlines and domain service.
5. Meeting statutory obligations, including accounting requirements.

The data is not used for marketing mailings without separate consent from the subject.

04Legal grounds

Processing is based on the consent of the subject given when submitting the form, and on the performance of a contract to which the subject is a party.

For certain operations the ground is a statutory requirement and the rules of domain name registration in the national zones.

05Disclosure to third parties

Data required to register and maintain a domain is passed to the registrar and the domain name registry to the extent set by the registration rules.

Data is disclosed to other parties only in the cases established by law or upon the direct instruction of the subject.

Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out.

06Retention periods

Data from requests that did not lead to a contract is kept for 12 months from the last contact.

Data related to the performance of a contract is kept for the term of the contract and for 5 years after it ends, unless the law sets a different period.

Once the purposes of processing are achieved, the data is deleted or anonymised.

07Protection measures

The operator applies organisational and technical protection measures: restricted employee access to data, a log of requests, backups and data transfer over a secure connection.

Access to data is granted only to the employees involved in providing the services, to the extent needed for their duties.

08Rights of the data subject

The subject has the right to:

• obtain information about the processing of their data;
• request that the data be corrected, blocked or deleted;
• withdraw consent to processing;
• appeal the operator's actions to the authority for the protection of data subjects' rights.

Requests are sent to office@applygroup.ru. A reply is provided within the period established by law.

09Changes to the policy

The operator may amend this policy. The current version is published on the website and applies from the moment of publication.

Material changes affecting the data involved or the purposes of processing are communicated to subjects that are in contractual relations with the operator.
