General questions

Ask your question

The provider is listed as the domain administrator in the registry and handles administrative procedures: renewal, changes to the record, communication with the registrar. Ownership of the domain, the website, email and DNS remain with the client.

Yes. The administrator role in the registry is technical, and the terms of ownership are established by the contract and the responsibility agreement.

The contract excludes sale, pledge and transfer of the domain to third parties. Return upon written request takes up to 5 business days.

We serve the national .RU, .РФ and .SU zones. For other zones the possibility of taking a domain under administration is confirmed separately.

Hosting, website content, email and DNS records remain the client's responsibility. The provider gets no access to the content of the project.

Requests are accepted on business days from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time. A reply is sent within one business day.

02Deadlines and renewal

Registration deadlines

How expiry dates are tracked and what happens to a domain once they pass.

About the renewal service

Notices are sent 90, 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before the registration expires. The renewal request is filed in advance.

On the expiry date the registry removes delegation: the website and email stop responding.

For the following 30 days the name is closed to registration by others and renewal is still available to the administrator. After that the domain is released.

Registration in the national zones is renewed one year at a time. With auto-renewal enabled the request is filed every year without the client's involvement.

No. The paid period is recorded and the request is filed once per period. Paying twice for the same term is excluded.

03Identity verification

The requirement from 1 September 2026

From that date domain operations are unavailable without a verified administrator account.

About the verification service

The registry rejects requests for renewal, delegation changes and domain transfer. Existing delegation remains in place until the registration expires.

A verified state account is issued in person in Russia. For a foreign applicant the provider takes the administrator role, and opening a legal entity is not required.

No. The procedure is performed under the provider's own verified account, and access to the client's account is not requested.

Yes. It applies to all domains in the national zones regardless of when they were registered.

04Contract and payment

Documents and settlements

How the contract is concluded, which documents are involved and how services are charged.

Documents and forms

The service contract and the responsibility agreement. For foreign applicants the documents are provided in a bilingual version.

Maintaining the registry record, deadline control, support of identity verification and communication with the registrar. Changing NS records and updating administrator details are not charged separately.

For portfolios of 10 domains and more the terms are calculated separately once the list and the registration dates are confirmed.
